Tenant isolation and access
Logical multi-tenant isolation uses tenant_id partitioning. Product roles are Super Admin, Admin, Editor, and Viewer.
AI processing
Tandrel uses OpenAI Enterprise through Azure with zero retention for training. Customer data is not used to train global models.
Human control
Human Confirm or Edit is required before Workflow Map state changes. Every state-changing suggestion remains human-approved.
Compliance
Tandrel has a SOC 2 Type II attestation dated November 2025. Tandrel is GDPR compliant, and a DPA is available.
